1. Where can you ship to?

Thunderlord Power ships to most countries worldwide. We are constantly working on bringing Thunderlord Power everywhere around the world. If you are not sure whether shipping is available to your country, please contact us and leave us a message.

2. What is the shipping cost?

For standard products, we offer free shipping on all orders over $79.99.

3. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order Confirmation -- Stock Check -- Quality Check -- Packaging.
    All orders are dispatched to our factory within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our shipping partners process the orders, which may take an additional 1-3 business days. After the parcel is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number for your order.

For the following locations, we primarily ship via express services (e.g., DHL), which typically take 3-7 business days to arrive:

  • ASIA: China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand.
  • OCEANIA: Australia, New Zealand.
  • NORTH AMERICA: United States, Canada.
  • EUROPE: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden.

For orders to other countries not listed above, we usually ship via China Post Airmail, which takes 7-45 business days to receive depending on the specific country and exact address.

4. Who pays the tax?

All of our goods are shipped from China, and the export tax is paid by the seller. However, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may occur are the sole responsibility of the buyer and should be paid at the destination customs based on local tax rates.

5. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours after your order has shipped (please note it may take 1-3 business days for us to process your order). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters.
