Thunderlord Power Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Thunderlord Power order, please contact us to arrange a return. This policy is designed to help us maintain high-quality service and competitive pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You must notify Thunderlord Power within 30 days of placing your order.
- Products must be returned in "New" and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Thunderlord Power reserves the right to assess fees for damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. For items purchased with "Free Shipping," our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must prepay any associated shipping charges.
- The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product while it is in transit back to Thunderlord Power.
- If a product is returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, beyond the 30-day period, or without proper packaging, Thunderlord Power reserves the right to refuse delivery. The item may be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors (e.g., banks or PayPal).
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM TO THUNDERLORD POWER WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR AN RMA NUMBER.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received an approved refund yet, please check with your financial institution regarding any payment delays (e.g., bank or PayPal).
There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.
If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@thunderlordpower.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please contact us at service@thunderlordpower.com.
We will, of course, cover the return shipping costs for these types of issues.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. To receive a refund, you must wait for the package to arrive at its destination and then initiate a return.
If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
